Pickleball tournaments
The event platform that speaks pickleball.
Registration, sponsors, auctions and payments, plus singles, doubles, divisions, round robins, brackets and a court schedule. Live standings on every phone.
Without ChipIn
A sign-up sheet, a bracket app, and a lot of walking between courts.
Players register three different ways, divisions get built the night before, and the only person who knows what court is next is the one holding the clipboard.
With ChipIn
One place for the whole tournament.
Players and pairs register themselves, divisions by level and age, a schedule across every court, scores entered as games end, and standings and brackets live on every phone.
Singles, doubles, mixed.
Singles and doubles entries are set up the moment you pick pickleball. Players enter singles on their own; pairs register together for doubles and mixed, with both names on the entry. Ask for what you need at registration: skill rating, shirt size, a waiver acknowledgment.

An event site worth sharing.
Your logo, your colors, your sponsors, on a site that handles registration, the schedule, standings and the bracket. On your own domain if you want.

Divisions by level and age.
3.0 to 5.0, 50+, open: as many divisions as you run, each with its own format. Round robin pools into a bracket, straight single elimination, or double elimination.

A court schedule in seconds.
Tell it the courts, the hours and the gap between matches. Every division is planned on one grid, matches move with a drag, and you can regenerate until the first score goes in.

Scores by the set, or point by point.
One tap for a 2-0 or 2-1, or enter every game score when it matters. The match result takes care of itself and standings update the moment it saves.

Standings and brackets on every phone.
Pool standings with points and head-to-head tiebreakers, the playoff line drawn, and the bracket filling in as results land. Players check their phones instead of the desk.

On the TV.
Schedule, standings and bracket boards for the screen by the courts, with sponsor rotation.

Questions.
Can a player enter more than one division?
Yes. Singles and doubles in one event are two entries.
Do both partners have to register?
One registration covers the pair and collects both names.
Can we charge different prices for singles and doubles?
Yes. Each is its own registration item with its own price.
Who enters scores?
Anyone on your staff with access to the event, from any phone. Scores go in as games finish and update the public standings and bracket the moment they save.
Does the rest of ChipIn still work?
Yes. Sponsorships, auctions, donations, communications, payments and reporting all work the same.
Is it the same price?
Yes. One flat fee per event, no per-player fees.
