Can sponsors pay by check?
However you want them to. Most organizers push for card at checkout because it settles on the spot. Others still have sponsors who mail or drop off a check, so turn on pay-by-check for the package and the balance stays on their record until you mark it paid. The system handles whichever mix your sponsors need.
What does the sponsor see?
A checkout that takes their card, their logo, and their details in one go, a receipt by email, and a page on the event site with their logo and link.
What if a sponsor doesn't have a logo ready?
Their purchase goes through, and you or they can add the logo later from the sponsor record.
Can I add a sponsor who paid offline or was a handshake deal?
Yes. Create the order from the dashboard with cash, check, or no payment, and they appear on the site like everyone else.
