Who is ChipIn Pay for?
Organizations that do not have a Stripe or PayPal account and do not want to manage one. If you already have a processor, connecting it is free and their standard rate is all you pay.
Why is there verification?
Moving money legally requires knowing who it moves to. It is a short identity and bank check, the same any processor runs.
