Below is a list of sub-processors engaged by ChipIn LLC in connection with providing the Platform. ChipIn will update this page when adding or replacing sub-processors in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.

| Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) | Payment processing via Stripe Connect, including Payment Intents, Setup Intents, saved payment methods, refunds, and dispute handling. | USA |
| Supabase (Supabase Inc.) | Primary application database and file storage, including all participant records, registration data, orders, payment records, and uploaded assets. | USA |
| Vercel (Vercel Inc.) | Hosting and deployment infrastructure. All HTTP requests from End Users pass through Vercel's edge network. | USA |
